I am running for Bonneville County Coroner because I believe this office plays a critical role in serving families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and I am committed to ensuring that service is carried out with professionalism, compassion, and consistency. Over time, I have seen the importance of having a coroner’s office that is structured, well-trained, and accountable, and I knew I wanted to be part of strengthening that foundation for our community.

Since stepping into this role, I have worked to reinvigorate the Bonneville County coroner facility and bring its operations up to a standard that our county can be proud of. That work has included improving processes, emphasizing training and certification, and ensuring that every investigation is handled thoroughly and respectfully. I am proud of the progress that has been made, but I also recognize that maintaining and advancing these standards requires continued leadership and commitment.

I am running because I want to continue building on that progress. My focus is on maintaining strong partnerships with law enforcement, fire, EMS, and our medical community, while also working toward greater consistency in standards across the region. I believe Bonneville County deserves a coroner’s office that is reliable, professional, and prepared to meet the growing needs of our community.

Most importantly, I am running to ensure that every family we serve receives clear answers, respectful care, and the confidence that their loved one has been handled with dignity. This work matters, and I am committed to continuing to move it forward.
