We are proud to endorse Shante Sanchez for election as Bonneville County Coroner. Coroner Sanchez has demonstrated a strong and consistent commitment to elevating medicolegal death investigation through leadership, accountability, and a focus on professional standards. Since taking on this role, she has reinvigorated the Bonneville County coroner facility and brought its operations up to a level the community can be proud of. Her work reflects the core mission of the coalition to promote consistent standards, strengthen certification, and expand access to quality forensic resources across eastern Idaho. Her dedication to this effort continues to benefit not only Bonneville County, but the entire region, and we fully support her election.

Most importantly, her work ensures that families in Bonneville County are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism during some of the most difficult times they will face.
